This real-time data sync ensures that employee information, including personal and employment details, is always up-to-date. By eliminating manual entry, this integration streamlines workforce management and keeps both systems synchronized.

Integration Setup in ClayHR
ClayHR enhances your accessibility through seamless integration with ADP. You can easily subscribe to the app and add users with this integration. Use your existing ADP credentials to log in to ClayHR effortlessly, simplifying user management and authentication. This streamlined experience ensures efficiency and convenience in your HR operations.
ADP Integration Setup in ClayHR:
1. Go to the top right “Setup” and then Third Party Integrations >> Payroll >> ADP Workforce Now.
2. Click on the button “New Integrations”, choose “Payroll” and choose ‘ADP Workforce Now’ from the grid and save the integration.
3. Add the post function for user.push for the User Record object and check the connection by clicking the Test Connection button.
4. After integration setup go to the user view page and click on the Admin tab, then click “Push user to ADP Workforce Now”.
This will map the following fields:
1. Given Name
2. Family Name
3. Middle Name
4. Date of Birth
5. Email
6. Hire Date
7. Address
8. Worker Type
9. Template Code
10. Company Code
